THE MODERATOR: Welcome Jupiter Golf Links here to the media center. I think the record said 1-4-0 but I think you definitely led the league in vibes. Talk about the season as a whole and how much fun you had out there.
TIGER WOODS: I had a blast. As I was saying out there, we didn't hit a lot of great shots, but God, we had some fun. I think we led the league in some mistakes, some odd things that happened this year. I just got told by my son that we won 10 holes.
MAX HOMA: Gosh, appreciate that.
TOM KIM: Kick a man when he's down.
Q. Tiger, on No. 8 I saw you clipped it out there about 320. Talk to me really quickly about what you like about the Qi35 driver.
TIGER WOODS: Yeah, I've picked up maybe one or two miles an hour on it. It's definitely more stable. Honestly, I haven't done a whole lot of practicing. Once I start dialing it in here -- most of my shots are with a cut, so maybe I need to monkey around with some settings and be able to have the option to both turn it over.
Q. Tiger, you seem to be moving a lot more fluid tonight. You mentioned you haven't done a lot of practicing. Do you feel like you're gearing up for maybe getting back in the PGA TOUR swing, maybe a start in Florida this year?
TIGER WOODS: Not really. This is the third time I've touched a club since my mom passed, so I haven't really gotten into it. My heart is not really into practicing right now. I've had so many other things to do with the TOUR and trying to do other things.
Once I start probably feeling a little bit better and start getting into it, I'll start looking at the schedule.
Q. Max, just curious, you're going to have a little bit be more free time on your hands now that the season is wrapped up. Are we going to see you back on X, those tweets of yours, with this little bit of extra time you have on your hands?
MAX HOMA: No, I think I finally had a come-to-Jesus moment that it's for the sick. I was sick. I'm just trying to get healthy now. No, I have not enjoyed that app. It's not very fun. It's fun to watch our little highlights or lowlights, and that stuff is fun. The rest of it's probably not great, so I'm going to stick to TikTok.
Q. You were fun on the app regardless of the rest of it.
MAX HOMA: Appreciate it.
Q. Tiger, you talked about other stuff going on in your life. Your daughter just won a state championship with the Benjamin Buccaneers. What's the high of life with that and how cool was it to see her win that championship?
TIGER WOODS: Well, the core group of girls that were on that team have been together since they were sick, so they've played traveled and they've played for Benjamin. To be able to end her high school career like that and to go on as a state champion is pretty cool.
She's going to Stanford in the fall, so everything is really trending --
MAX HOMA: So close to Cal.
TIGER WOODS: She did like the campus, though.
MAX HOMA: Thanks. Minor win.
Q. If you could put your TGL cofounder hat on instead of your Jupiter Links hat on, how would you assess how the season has gone in totality for the league?
TIGER WOODS: As an overall big picture of this, we're trying to grow the game into different demographics, and I think we have. This indoor simulation here is -- I think has brought more youth to the game. The fact that we're able to play on ESPN and during primetime, we don't get a chance to do that very often.
We had some late matches, ones that are 9:00 to 11:00, so the fact that we haven't had golf at those times because we don't really have that with our daylight schedule, to be able to do that and grow the game and showcase it and showcase these guys -- these guys have bought into the concept, bought into the clubs, the teams they play for, and you see the teamwork on each team, how the players communicate. They're really enjoying it.
I hope everyone who's watching -- I've watched every match that I wasn't playing in, and it was neat to see -- these are the guys that I know. These are the personalities that I've seen on TOUR. But I think the fans are going to be able to see them in a different way.
Q. Similar question for Tom and Max. I'm curious, how do you describe TGL when people ask you, oh, how is that going, and how did the season -- maybe not the results, but how did the sport compare to your expectations?
TOM KIM: I've always said it's really cool. Very different. I tell everyone how much more competitive than I thought it was going to be. When you get here, you see the players, and you don't want to lose. You're not playing for yourself, you're playing for your team, you're playing for your club, and that's something we don't get to do when we play normal golf. You play for yourself and try to win that trophy, and you don't get to win together, you get to win by yourself, other than your team.
I think that camaraderie that we've built is something really cool, and I think the coolest part about this league is having teammates. Other than winning and despite all that, I think being able to rely on a teammate is really, really cool.
Q. Tiger, having Charlie out here watching you tonight, obviously he's enjoying seeing this TGL experience come together. What do you think the vision for TGL in terms of reacting to younger fans is going to be as it progresses the game of golf forward? How do you think the younger fans maybe are getting into golf now are going to take this TGL season and move it forward?
TIGER WOODS: Well, I think, as I said, we were able to showcase the game in a different light. Everyone in today's day and age, their attention span is not very long. So I think that what we were able to do with the shot clock and the time and the pace of play, I think that is great for the game and it's great for the younger demographic.
I think that we have so many different opportunities going forward with how this all turned out that the opportunities are endless. That's what's really neat. We can grow this bigger and better, and so many different options.
Q. Tiger, do you have any pointers for Tom on the right time to celebrate a chip going in?
TOM KIM: Whoa, whoa, whoa. I get it, okay. I'll wait next time. Gosh. Literally I will be too scared to walk anything in now.
MAX HOMA: I'll remind you of that in a year and a half at the Presidents Cup when you're running around the green.
