THE MODERATOR: Questions, please.
Q. How was the match for you today? It looked very straightforward.
NA LI: I mean, yeah. I think today was, how you say, the score looks like easy, but some games do fighting a lot.
I mean, she's young, yeah. I think she need more experience, yeah. Because I think I was 19 [sic] years old, so I have a lot of experience on the court.
Q. Does it give you a good feeling to be back on this court where you did so well last year?
NA LI: I mean, it is. I mean, last year was good remember. And also, yeah, back to Rod Laver Arena, I was feeling, yeah, I like this court a lot. I like to hit on this court also.
Q. You looked like you've become a lot stronger since last year. Do you spend a lot of time in the gym?
NA LI: It is. I have very good winter training in Germany, in Munich. I want to do a lot of fitness, keep my body fit, healthy to prepare for this year.
Q. Extra work?
NA LI: All the exercise like jump, anything, yeah.
Q. So was it nice to be away from all the attention in Germany? It was quiet over there?
NA LI: No, because I was stay Germany for three, four years already. Because I have doctor also in there so he can check my knee, yeah, also check my body to stay in healthy.
Q. How is the knee?
NA LI: Is good. You can see I can running a lot on the court, yeah.
