MIKA MIYAZATO: Delay. It was so boring. (Laughs). But still focus.
Q. Was it nice to come out after the delay and birdie No. 9?
MIKA MIYAZATO: Yeah. I'm so surprised. I focused like making par, but the lucky birdie.
THE MODERATOR: How have you been playing the last few weeks?
MIKA MIYAZATO: I was couple days off last week and practiced a little bit. Yes.
Q. How hot was it outside here?
MIKA MIYAZATO: It's very hot, but I'm okay hot weather.
Q. Can you just tell us your last hole? How was it? How many feet putt?
MIKA MIYAZATO: How many feet. I think 50 meter. I don't know feet. 50 meter.
Q. And why do you say it was lucky? You didn't think it would go in?
MIKA MIYAZATO: Because tried so hard. Uphill, downhill putt. So I make focused like making par.
Q. Have you been in this position before? This is your second post second LPGA?
MIKA MIYAZATO: Uh-huh. Yes.

MIKA MIYAZATO: It helped a lot. Like I'm more confidence.
THE MODERATOR: What was the name of the tournament you won?
MIKA MIYAZATO: Japan Women's Open.
THE MODERATOR: And that was your first professional win?
MIKA MIYAZATO: Yes.
Q. When was that?
MIKA MIYAZATO: Like a major, Japan Women's Open.
THE MODERATOR: Last month.
MIKA MIYAZATO: Yeah. This month.
Q. Are you surprised at your performance today?
MIKA MIYAZATO: A little bit. I hit very good today.
Q. What worked for you today in your game? Was it your irons? Was it your fairways? Was it the putting?
MIKA MIYAZATO: Irons are very aggressive shot today.

MIKA MIYAZATO: Yes.
Q. How much of a challenge was it with the three-hour delay? What sort of effect did it have on you?
MIKA MIYAZATO: I'm not thinking.
