EVIAN-LES-BAINS, FRANCE
MODERATOR: Welcome Ai Miyazato, defending champion of the Evian Masters. You're also back to the No. 1 Rolex ranking in the world. Congratulations.
AI MIYAZATO: Thank you.
MODERATOR: Can you talk about how you feel to be back at the Evian Masters?
AI MIYAZATO: I mean, I'm really happy to be here again. I was waiting this time since like the beginning of the season. I really excited.
The golf course is nothing change, so I have such a good memories over here. Looking forward to my special week this week.
Q. Were you surprised when the rankings came out on Monday and you were No. 1 again?
AI MIYAZATO: Yeah, that was surprise me. I did nothing at all, and suddenly came up on the top. But it's still good thing.
It's always also close, five players, and it's gonna be really competitive this week. I'm sure it is. So just try my best.
