I've played a lot of sports and I know my body. It wasn't a nerve kind of thing. And that's exactly what it felt like, it felt like you get a cramp. We all get cramps. That's what it was doing. So I've kind of gone to that and continued my workout process over the winter and tried to get my hips stronger so I don't have to rely so much on my upper body now.
