Q. Where did you think you had it over Jessica today?
ARANTXA RUS: I start good today. My serve was always good.
Q. Can you tell us what it means to you to win the event?
ARANTXA RUS: Yeah, I'm very happy that I win this. This the first time I play here in Australia, so I'm very happy.
Q. What does it mean for your career?
ARANTXA RUS: Yeah, I think I will always think about it, that I won a Grand Slam, a juniors.
And now I play I think WTA more.
Q. What was the difference today against Moore?
ARANTXA RUS: My serve was better and my forehand and backhand was also good. So everything what I do today was good.
Q. Were you nervous at all?
ARANTXA RUS: Just at 5-4, that I serve for the match.
Q. Not before at all?
ARANTXA RUS: No, not so much.
Q. Why not?
ARANTXA RUS: I don't know. I'm not so nervous if I play a match.
Q. How do you account for your run in the tournament, for your victories? What was the key?
ARANTXA RUS: I played a long match third round. It was 9-7 in the third, and after that match it was two sets.
Q. Yesterday you had off?
ARANTXA RUS: Yesterday was also two sets, 6-4, 6-0. But it was a tough match because long games and points.
