Q. Lilia, that was a rather exciting round of golf. You went through the first 36 holes without making a bogey, and it was a little bit more up and down today. Describe the challenges of playing this golf course in the wind as it kept firming up.

LILIA VU: Yeah, it's pretty difficult out there. Not only that, I feel like my ball-striking hasn't been as great the past few days, but today it was good. Kind of made my caddie's job a little tougher today with judging how far the ball is going.

But we're going to get that squared away, and yeah, it was fun.

Q. How meaningful was it to make three birdies after that double bogey?

LILIA VU: Yeah, I feel like I kind of got a little -- a huge stop sign after that. I was kind of telling my caddie, I just can't get the numbers right today, and he just said to me, I'm just going to get you on the green and then you can just try and make the putt from there, and that's what we were doing.

Q. You're trying for your sixth win tomorrow.

LILIA VU: Yeah, I'm not thinking too much about it. I'm just going to go out there and have fun.

Q. Can you talk about your round today?

LILIA VU: Yeah, I feel like it was a more difficult day. A little interesting, my goal this week is just to be more in tune with my body. I feel like I've had aches and pains for the past couple months playing golf, and my only goal this week was to not be in pain, and I'm not.

So it's been different. I'm actually hitting the ball solid today, so definitely made my caddie's job a little tougher today with judging the distances, but it's okay, we keep going.

Q. You mentioned a little bit about how your caddie is helping you out there. Can you talk about some of that and how you guys reset for each round?

LILIA VU: Yeah, I feel like he really knows what to say to me to get me out of a panic, and I trust him 100 percent, and it kind of makes my job easy. I just try to hit where he tells me, and it usually works out okay.

Q. (On what the founders have meant to the LPGA.)

LILIA VU: Every day you show up to the golf course and hope that you can exude what the founders have done before, and this is the 75th anniversary. It's huge. LPGA is just getting started, growing every single day. As you can tell, the crowds out here are getting bigger, so it's really cool to play in front of them.

Q. Have you noticed any big changes over the last five years within the LPGA?

LILIA VU: Yeah, I feel like it's gotten so much better every single year. Every single week we're excited that fans are coming out. The sponsors are treating us really well. The venues are getting better. It's just super fun for us.

Q. You had that double bogey on the back nine; can you talk about bouncing back and the resilience you had for those finishing holes?

LILIA VU: Yeah, I think I didn't think too much about that double bogey. Obviously I was upset with it, but I know where my game is at, and that's not going to really knock me down. My caddie actually said on the hole after, all I have to do is get you on the green, and whatever happens happens.

Q. You've been in this position before. Any thoughts about preparing for tomorrow's round?

LILIA VU: I mean, the past three days I haven't been thinking about golf at all. I'm just trying to get in tune with my body, so I'm just going to do the same thing tomorrow.

Q. Obviously you've won multiple times on Tour. Going into a final round with the lead, do you draw on those feelings that you had winning in the past?

LILIA VU: Yeah, I think it kind of is a nostalgic feeling because I've done it before so I have that confidence going into tomorrow, but I'm just going to stick to my routine this week because clearly it's been working, and I'm not really thinking about golf. But golf is going well, so it's kind of a weird thing. So I'm just going to keep that one thing going.

Q. Is there anything else you're thinking about besides your body? Anything fun that you think about to distract yourself?

LILIA VU: Oh, my caddie and I have been discussing "White Lotus" with the recent episode. He hasn't been caught up, but his wife is here now, so he can watch the episode together, and I expect him tomorrow to give me his spiel on it because he's not caught up yet.
