THE MODERATOR: We'll start with an opening statement from Coach and then take questions for the student-athletes.

RANDY NORTON: Well, hat's off to Rice. They really rebounded the ball, which we know that they do extremely well, and they made some timely shots I had some kids come off the bench and step up for and make big shots.

But I'm really proud of our team. It wasn't a lack of effort. It wasn't a lack of energy or attitude. Today, Rice just played better than we did.
