Quick Quotes
Q. Eunseo, you've just finished the tournament; best placed New Zealand player as well. Talk us through that final round. A little bit frustrating out there.
EUNSEO CHOI: So as you said, it was quite frustrating, but I am pretty happy with all the pars. The fact that I could have made a couple bogeys along the way but I still hung on and got the par, I'm pretty happy with that.
Missed a couple birdie putts which made me pretty upset, but that's okay. It's just like the mental game. Any putts that was for par that was the same distance as birdie I got it, so I guess it's all the mental part.
Q. Any par saves out there that stand out that you were pretty pleased with yourself to make?
EUNSEO CHOI: No. 16 was a par-4, so I was -- hit it short because I chunked my shot. I had this like massive slope going up the hill to the flag. Decided to hit a putter, because who knows, my chip is going to be worse either way. Hits to six like feet, par save. I was like, yay.
Q. Shame you couldn't get a couple more to drop, but you should be very proud of your week.
EUNSEO CHOI: Thank you.
Q. Looking forward to next year at Royal Wellington?
EUNSEO CHOI: Yes.
Q. Course you played before, is it?
EUNSEO CHOI: Yeah, I have. I love that course.
Q. What's next for you in the next couple months?
EUNSEO CHOI: I've got Augusta coming up.
Q. Of course.
EUNSEO CHOI: Yeah. I'm so excited.
Q. You saved all your birdies for that.
EUNSEO CHOI: Yes. Hopefully.
Q. What are your expectations of that tournament?
EUNSEO CHOI: Firstly I just want to make the cut, because who doesn't want to play on Augusta on the last round, right? I just want to try my best and enjoy the game, as I've done here.
My putting this week has been pretty good, so hopefully I'll take that on to Augusta.
