WOMEN'S AMATEUR ASIA-PACIFIC CHAMPIONSHIP

March 8, 2025

Pimmada Wongthanavimok

Pattaya, Thailand

Quick Quotes

Q. Pimmada, again, another great round from you. Your game is very consistent this week. Can you you talk us through that round?

PIMMADA WONGTHANAVIMOK: I would say today that Mother Nature was a little kind to us. There is slight breeze and it makes the game way easier. I think my approach shot like went to the spot that I could make the putt and I make a lot of short putts as well, and then, yeah, turned out pretty great.

Q. You're in a good spot for the tournament tomorrow.

PIMMADA WONGTHANAVIMOK: Uh-huh.

Q. How do you prepare this afternoon? Will you watch any of the last few groups or straight to the range? Straight to the hotel?

PIMMADA WONGTHANAVIMOK: I would say we had a pretty long week. I might go up and have some lunch and then go rest. I would say I would do whatever I did today because I think I kind of adjust what I missed couple days ago and then it turned out great.

So I'm going to try to do again, yeah.

Q. I love asking golfers if they're superstitious. Are you superstitious at all? No?

PIMMADA WONGTHANAVIMOK: I feel like I'm pretty technical player. I'm more like a yardage book nerd than like superstitious player. I think it turned out great actually, yeah.
