Q. Lion, great opening round; 6-under; tied second. How do you find it out there?

LION HIGO: Thank you. It was definitely a challenge out there, but I enjoyed it with my caddie out there. I got some lucky breaks with two really long putts going in on the par-3s and then some lucky bounces with my drive, so that definitely helped.

But, yeah, overall, just some good putting out there and enjoyed it.

Q. If that's a challenge for you, you're bogey-free, like to see an easy round for you. Are you happy with having a blemish free card as well?

LION HIGO: Yeah, definitely. That's always a goal of mine, to be able to limit the bogeys. Yeah, it was great to be able to do that out here. There is definitely some holes where you can get in trouble, but avoided that today, so that was nice.

Q. And have you played this tournament before?

LION HIGO: It's my first time this year.

Q. First time; what a start.

LION HIGO: Yeah, getting old, but, yeah. It's definitely nice to see the young ones out here as well.

Q. But still cool opportunity.

LION HIGO: Yeah.

Q. Obviously taking advantage of it.

LION HIGO: Yeah, excited for the rest of the week, yeah.

Q. What's the plan for tomorrow? Much of the same?

LION HIGO: Yeah, I'm not sure what the weather will be like tomorrow, so I'll just take it one shot at a time and stick to my process. So, yeah.
