Quick Quotes
Q. Sumin, an excellent round today; 6-under. Talk us through your round. What was best part of your game out there today?
SUMIN HONG: Actually before I get start playing the first round, also a little bit worried about my game and course and everything, but luckily my shot was really good in the first front nine so it gets me really confident.
But a little bit struggling with the putting, yeah, so that's the general round of the first for me.
Q. The putting, few girls have struggled with the putting; greens are so undulating. How will you fix that tomorrow? Is it just better at reading or just patience?
SUMIN HONG: Actually the grass on the green is totally different from what I'm comfortable in Korea, so it's really difficult to read the line and break.
So even though change the strategies or stroke or so on and so forth, I just tried to be confident in myself and trust my putting and be more focused on my stroke for the rest of the three days.
Q. All the Korean girls have played really well today. You must be proud of your team for playing so well today as well.
SUMIN HONG: Before we got here we were sort of talking about our games and strategies and the goals, so on and so forth. We knew each other we did our best. We knew we enjoy the game. So I'm so proud of myself; also proud for the rest of our teammates.
So we'll get to encourage each other tonight, and then hopefully we can meet all of them in the last group of the last day.
