Q. A Lim, a lovely round of 68. Tell us about the eagle on the third. That certainly helped the scorecard.

A LIM KIM: Yeah, I think it was a little lucky for me, but still great shot. Really enjoyed today.

Q. Yeah, I bet. You have been playing so well this year. You won the Tournament of Champions. What do you put this great run of form down to? What's the difference in 2025?

A LIM KIM: Last year I used to be 80% draw, but from now I'm going to change it fade. More used to fade from now, so that reason 130 yard inside my game, and then ball shaping and ball percentage is more higher than last year.

Q. Okay. That's great. So working with that fade to get that control. Sometimes when you have a fade you can lose a bit of distance. How far do you carry it off the tee?

A LIM KIM: My carry driver is 260 yards, so I don't need more distance. So distance not my issue. That was my change my shape.

Q. Yeah, brilliant. That will certainly help you around a golf course like this. I imagine having distance off the tee gives you that shorter club in. How about these greens? They're seriously up-and-down.

A LIM KIM: Yeah, I really surprised the course, and they're really fun, too, excite course. I've never been that experience, so I need more encourage shot and then more read green and then more read wind.
