Q. Here alongside Ally and her little Buddy, Rusty. Another surprising announcement in terms of retirement this year. Nine years on the LPGA Tour. How would you describe what this final week has been like for you?

ALY EWING: It's been amazing. Obviously I've had just a ton of people just reaching out and support from friends and family, everyone, so I've just been really appreciative of this week.

I've been at peace with my decision and it's just so nice to be able to share the walk with my family this week.

Q. You said earlier this week that you're really excited about this next chapter of your life. What does that look like for you?

ALY EWING: I think it's just going to look different. Just traveling less, being able to spend time with my family, you know, just doing things a little different day-to-day.

Yeah, I don't know exactly every single detail of it, but, yeah, I'm just looking forward to just settling down and traveling less and being around home.
