Quick Quotes
Q. What's the dishes out there for you?
RASMUS HØJGAARD: First of all, putting was a big difference. Holed a few long putts today. It obviously makes a big difference.
But in general, I think I was a bit more in play. Had more chances. But still some good saves out there.
Q. Is there anything different with the putter or did you just suck it up and just accept that this is golf, some days you make it, some days you don't?
RASMUS HØJGAARD: Yeah, just accept that you have good days and you have less good days. Yesterday it wasn't that I was putting bad. I rolled it nice but just didn't hole that many putts. And today, I got off to a good start. Made some putts early.
Q. Last year was a strange vibe for you, joy for your brother winning here at but so close to that PGA TOUR card. You've locked that up and won a huge championship in The Irish Open. How have you evolved as a player in the last 12 months?
RASMUS HØJGAARD: Obviously last year was a tough one. But it gave me good motivation for this year. You know, I tried to take it a bit more on, if that's the right word for it, but don't stress too much about not getting off to a good start or whatever it might be. It's a long season and you're going to get on a run at some point.
Feel like I got off to a good start this year and had an average stretch of golf which is very normal, and then after the summer break, I came back, tried not to get ahead of myself and stayed patient.
