Q. Here with Auston Kim, who looks like she's going to record your career-best finish on the LPGA Tour. You had a chance to win out there today. I know you're happy with the result the way it looks at the moment. Was there a time in that final round where you were really looking at the leaderboards and thinking you had a chance to win?
AUSTON KIM: No, I wasn't looking at the leaderboards. I knew that I got off to a hot start after 9. I had a lot of chances, but putter got a little cold on the back.
I knew if I kept making pars and giving myself chances I could be in it towards the end.
Q. You're projected to go to 64th in the Race to the CME Globe; top 60 go to the CME Group Tour Championship. How much is that on our your mind?
AUSTON KIM: It's on my mind. That's the goal at the end of the year. I love Pelican. That was my first-ever LPGA event, and a lot of good vibes there. I love the course, so I'm really excited.
Q. How important was that week for you as you develop as a player?
AUSTON KIM: I think the result speaks for itself. But apart from the result, being able to play golf with a lot of belief in myself and finding that belief again and being really confident.
It's been a long year, a lot of good lessons and tough moments, but really proud of myself for bouncing back after the tough weeks and being able to play some really solid golf.
