YURI YOSHIDA: I played well in very windy today, so I focus on catch the green and green speed today.

YURI YOSHIDA: Yeah, it's so difficult, but my putting was so good so I could make the chance of birdie I think.

YURI YOSHIDA: That was so nice. No. 8, my putt was so difficult line, but that was so perfect.

Q. How far were your putts on 8 and 9?

YURI YOSHIDA: 8 was eight meter, 24 feet; No. 9 was same, 24 feet maybe.

YURI YOSHIDA: Uh-huh.

Q. Race to the CME Globe points up for grabs. What was your game plan coming into this week?

YURI YOSHIDA: I know I need more points to CME ranking, but I have confidence.

Q. How many times have you been to Hawai'i?

YURI YOSHIDA: Oh, my first time.

Q. What do you think about competing, playing in Hawai'i? What do you like most so far this week?

YURI YOSHIDA: So hot and windy, and I love acai bowl. I ate acai bowl.

Q. What will you away from these past two days in your play? What will you take away, want to improve on or take with you into the final two days?

YURI YOSHIDA: Most important things is I think distance control, so I hit not lowball, just change the clubs and I want to still try that.
