Quick Quotes
Q. Here with Jeeno after the final round of the Maybank Championship. Summarize this week as a whole.
JEENO THITIKUL: I mean, it's all what I can do, you know. I did give 100% out there. You know, in the back nine towards the end I really, really give it.
But in another way I just like I think it's just a good practicing final round for me as well. I mean, Ronni did really incredible job. I think for the past three days she doesn't have any bogey at all. That's why we give it all to her.
Q. And a great battle between friends out there. What was it like being in that final grouping together?
JEENO THITIKUL: Yeah, I think having her on the final round with me, it's just, as I say, really giving my like relaxed kind of vibe have someone that know you well out there.
But in other part it's just like we just do our job and then she did her best; I did my best. That's all we can do out there.
Q. What's it been like to see all the fans, too? A lot of fans waiting for your signature. You're very popular.
JEENO THITIKUL: It's crazy. I think it's a lot more than last year. I would say it's a lot more than last year. That's what we love to see. Not just me, but we, all the Tour, all the LPGA Tour, we love to see all the fan come up, especially the kids. You know, like they see us show out there and one day we trying to inspire them want to be out here like us.
Q. Last stretch of the season. What are you looking forward to in the next couple events?
JEENO THITIKUL: Fun, rest for sure. Just maybe a couple events for me, so it's going to be fun and I think it's going to be challenging finishing for me as well.
Q. What was going through your mind when Ronni was making her last putt?
JEENO THITIKUL: Congrats. And then really congratulations to her. Actually I knew that she going to make it because she never miss a putt as I see that distant at all the two days I play with her. So I knew she going to make it. She play incredible golf here four rounds, so that's -- the trophy belong someone who did less mistake.
Q. On a couple of holes you missed couple of birdies, short ones. What was going on there?
JEENO THITIKUL: I don't think I -- you know, it's just golf. Some hole you miss; some hole you make it. I think I really proud of what I did out there, especially like three holes towards the end.
