YU JINSUNG: It was a long day. Played some 26 holes including remainder of round 2. Am exhausted at the same time happy because I was hitting it so well.

Q. Physically exhausted?

YU JIN SUNG: Won the Matchplay event in Korea, so I have experience of playing 33, 34 holes over two consecutive days so physically I am not feeling too tired but I will have to rest well today to be in good shape tomorrow.

Q. What worked for you today?

SUNG: First, I was hitting very well and putting very well.

YU JIN SUNG: It feels great to be playing good in a while and also to play so well here in Korea in front of the fans. And I also think this round was good because its boosted my motivation/morale

KIM: Took 2 months off LPGA events before this event?

YU JIN SUNG: I had back problems. So I was getting treatment in Korea whilst starting in events here. Feeling much better but not fully recovered so must continue to focus on treatment. Am much better though, thankful to be able to perform as well as I did today at this event.

Q. How do you keep momentum?

YU JIN SUNG: Will try my best to stop my nerves getting to me. Many players out there that can shoot low scores in a day, must keep that in mind. Must focus on my game, whilst recognizing that I am not the only who can make birdies out there.

Q. Good round in Korea. Must be special. Thoughts?

YU JIN SUNG: Happy to see so many fans, and its great that my mom is so close by

Q. How much do you want to win?

YU JIN SUNG: Would be a lie to say I am not interested in winning. But winning cannot be achieved by wanting it alone. Must focus on what is in my control, and do that and then perhaps I may be rewarded
