Quick Quotes
Q. Bogey-free 65, you must be pleased with that.
TOMMY FLEETWOOD: Yeah, very, I thought it was a bit windy today. And I suppose the last few years at Kingsbarns I haven't scored particularly great on. I'd still like to be a little more comfortable with my driver in the crosswinds but putted very well.
Yeah, very happy.
Q. When it gets rolling around here, do you feel more comfortable when they do start rolling in?
TOMMY FLEETWOOD: Not really. But I just felt like yesterday, I rolled it really well and putted well, and today I did again, like even a couple of opportunities that I had that missed, still felt like it was good and I felt sort of like I was close -- felt like I hit a good putt.
But yeah, there's always a score to be had out here. But I do think the wind at Kingsbarns is probably the toughest one with how open it is, how much crosswinds there are. You still have to go out there and play.
Yeah, bogey-free, got away with a couple shots, but yeah, you can't be displeased with it.
Q. Probably going to be three or four back going into the weekend at St Andrews, you must be pretty pleased with where you stand in the tournament.
TOMMY FLEETWOOD: Yeah, it's one of those tournaments that you try not to pay too much attention to the leaderboard just because you know everybody is in different places. Conditions around each individual course play a huge part.
Yeah, looking forward to a full 36 now at St Andrews. We'll see what the weather brings. But it's nice knowing that you've got those two rounds on the same golf course.
Yeah, we'll just see how we go over the weekend, but it's a good position to be in after two days.
