Q. A stunning day, you've worked yourself right into the mix going into the weekend. You must be delighted?

ROBIN WILLIAMS: Yeah, this is such a big tournament with so many big names and to put myself still within a position with the big guys is definitely a pinch me moment, I would say. But I've played some really solid golf over the past few days. I think we got a little lucky with the weather. There's not been much wind. I've got Carnoustie tomorrow which is arguably the tougher of the three.

So if I just keep going around and playing, hopefully be there with a shot for Sunday.

Q. Lovely round, 6-under on the Old Course, that's special.

ROBIN WILLIAMS: Yeah, if you had told me that at the start of the year, I would honestly have never believed you. To do that at the Home of Golf, I've only shot that score on PlayStation here. It's definitely one for the memory books.

Q. Is this your debut in this event?

ROBIN WILLIAMS: Yes, correct. This is my first time. I've played the Old Course before in some amateur events but I can't played Kingsbarns and Carnoustie before this week.

It's a really, really fun tournament.

Q. In general, it's all tracking in the right direction, DP World Tour card, and you're just feeling so comfortable out here.

ROBIN WILLIAMS: As I said before, it someone had told me I would be in the position I am right now at the start of the year in January, honestly I would have never believed you. But the way I've been able to turn my game around and the hard work I've put on behind the scenes has really helped with that. I'm just trying to enjoy this ride as long as I can.

Q. Several of you from the Sunshine Tour all in the mix going into the weekend.

ROBIN WILLIAMS: Yeah, that's there is a great thing because it shows the product that the Sunshine Tour produce each and every year that it works with the tournaments, the volunteers, the sponsors, everybody involved with the Sunshine Tour is doing the job it needs to get players from the Sunshine Tour all the way to compete with the big boys.
