SUZANN PETTERSEN: I mean, we're up for a challenge. We love a challenge.

I think our girls just stood on this tee and they're ready to go like champions do. There's a possibility, and we're going to fight until the bitter end.

Q. What was the thinking behind sending Charley out at the top and using all her skills and talent and personality to try and drive this side through?

SUZANN PETTERSEN: Charley is a strong, strong player. She wants to get going. I'd rather have her bouncing out on the golf course than bouncing in the team room. She's up for it. She's been playing fantastic all week. Super proud of how she's carried herself and the team. She's ready to take on World No. 1.
