Q. Was it No. 12 for you?

TYRRELL HATTON: I think so, yeah.

Q. You had 11 at the start of the season?

TYRRELL HATTON: I think so, yeah. It was either 10 or 11 because then I had a hole-in-one in Adelaide in the practice round, and yeah, then we've had one today.

Q. You tracked it all the way?

TYRRELL HATTON: Yeah, it was on a good line and then I think that's the first one, as well, that they actually got on camera, so that's cool. I'll enjoy watching that one back. Yeah, just a gripped down 9-under around 160 yards and landed just short and trickled in and left side.

Yeah, that was nice, and that kind of got some momentum started for us and ended up being a pretty good day because up to that point it wasn't much fun, to be honest.

Q. You didn't seem like you had much fun yesterday.

TYRRELL HATTON: Yeah, I definitely -- I think the first probably 27 to 29 holes of this tournament haven't been particularly enjoyable. Yeah, nice to finish with some momentum and we'll try our best to go out there tomorrow and have a good day.

Q. How much are you thinking about, if any, the battle for third place for the season-long standings?

TYRRELL HATTON: I mean, you're aware of it at the start, but ultimately when you go out, you just have to try and -- I'm just trying to hit as good a shot as I can each shot. It's not really -- all I can do is try and control my golf ball, which seems pretty hard to do around here. Yeah, it's pretty tricky. You don't have to do much wrong and you can make mistakes.

Yeah, it would be nice to have another good day tomorrow and finish third. It would cap off a pretty solid first year on LIV. Yeah, that's the goal, but there's obviously guys that are playing really well so far this week, and if they win, then yeah, they'll overtake me even. They deserve to, obviously, if they go out and win this week. Yeah, I'm just trying to focus on trying to play a good round tomorrow and control what I can control.

Q. If you finish on the season-long podium, does that change the perception of your season at all?

TYRRELL HATTON: Not really. I mean, it was nice to get my first win on LIV earlier in the year, and then overall it's been pretty consistent with a lot of decent finishes. Yeah, just want to -- I just wanted to play well this week.

It kind of annoyed me in Greenbrier that I didn't finish inside the top 24 and earn any points. I was pretty disappointed with that. So yeah, just wanted to come out here and try and play well and see for the first half of this week it's been a bit of a struggle.

As I said, just trying to take that momentum from the finish today into tomorrow.
