Q. That was an incredible match. Can you talk about the finish with you coming from behind to lead and then what happened on 18?

RACHEL KUEHN: Yeah, we kind of had a battle out there. We got off to maybe a little bit of a slow start and they kind of capitalised on that, and once we hit our stride a little bit, we were able to win 16 and 17. Obviously I know we wanted to win 18 and get a full point, but half points still count.

They played great, and I think we played great, especially coming down the stretch. Proud of ourselves, and yeah, excited for the afternoon.

Q. What's it say about the character of you two when I think you took the lead for the first time on 17 so you really dug deep to stay in that match?

MELANIE GREEN: Yeah, I've said it a bunch of times and I'll keep saying it. When you've got Kuehn as your partner and you've got the experience that she's got in this setting, it's really easy to lean on the confidence that she brings. So yeah, couldn't ask for a better partner.

Q. You're still pleased with a half point having trailed a number of times through the game?

RACHEL KUEHN: Yeah, absolutely. We were 1-down standing on 16 tee. We knew we had some fight in us. Like you were saying, I have full confidence in my partner. We knew that 16, 17, 18 is a tough closing stretch and anything can happen. Pleased with a half point. Definitely wanted it to be a full point, but a half point still counts for everything, too.
