Q. What happened on 15?

NELLY KORDA: The double, I had 58-degree and it just shot on me. The wedge shot that I had over the green was kind of sitting a little bit in a hole with some of the -- whatever you call it, the "hay" or whatever you call it behind it. I just can't catch it cleanly and then obviously didn't make the putt for bogey.

Q. The other thing was 17, it looked like out of the bunker, looked like you couldn't go for the flag. You had to be a little right of the flag.

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, I had a hit right of it. I was a little too close to like the back edge where I've had one of those where you think you can get it, but you swing and miss and you hit the top of the bunker. Instead of doing that, I took my medicine and went a little right. Hit the putt really good but just didn't have enough speed.

Q. What do you take from the week?

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, obviously in hindsight, I played really well this week, and hopefully that is going to be trending in the right direction again.

Q. When did you know that you had the lead?

NELLY KORDA: I mean, there's leaderboards all over 10, 11, 12, 13, 14. So if you just few glimpse up, you can see it. So around there.

Q. Did you do anything different coming in knowing that you had the lead?

NELLY KORDA: No. I just stuck to my game plan, yeah. He.

Q. The other thing you is were working a lot on your putting last night. Do you feel like you got it figured out for today?

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, I made some good putts. I mean, overall, I think I putted really well this week. I hit the ball really well with the conditions.

It will be interesting to see when I don't play in 30-, 40-mile-an-hour winds what my ball flight is going to be like, finally seeing it go straight.

Listen, it's golf. I'm going to mess up and unfortunately I messed up over the weekend twice in two penalising ways coming down the stretch. Theoretically that's what kind of cost me the tournament but I played well. I played solid. I even fought after that. I'm going to take that into the next coming events.
