Quick Quotes
Q. Here with Jin Young Ko after her third round of the ISPS Handa Women's Scottish Open. Take us through the day today.
JIN YOUNG KO: I played well on the front nine. I had a lot of birdie chance, and I made a lot of putts, and unfortunately I don't have much, like, on the front nine, the back nine. I think I played well with this wind.
Q. Just how have you been able to combat some of these conditions we've had? A lot of wind, and a little bit of rain at the end as well.
JIN YOUNG KO: Luckily the rains started just ahead like when I'm putting last putt. So yeah, it's so hard to focus and it's hard to judge my iron distance. But just -- because I just warrant to have good memories in my life in Scotland. So just have more relax and just think easy.
Q. And how nice is it to be back in Scotland? I know you came a couple years ago, and you said sausage rolls were your favourite thing. Have you had any sausage rolls?
JIN YOUNG KO: I went to the cafe in Troon and I ordered the sausage roll but it comes out not -- like it was just burned and the sausage in there. So I text my friend, is this sausage roll and they said no, it's not. At the Pro-Am, they had good sausage roll there so I had one.
Q. What do you think about Dundonald Links? Is there anything that you think suits your game?
JIN YOUNG KO: Yeah, when I play in Scotland, I feel really good. I slept good, as always. I mean, I slept ten hours every day I think after Olympics. So I mean, I feel just free.
Q. And are you staying on site?
JIN YOUNG KO: Yeah.
Q. How nice is it staying on site in the lodge?
JIN YOUNG KO: No, I'm not staying in lodge. I'm staying in Troon at Airbnb.
Q. Last one from me. How will you be able to replicate what you did on the front nine today, tomorrow?
JIN YOUNG KO: Well, I mean, I just don't want to think about too much golf. I just, yeah, I just want to have fun with my caddie and players.
