Quick Quotes
Q. Sebastian, 63 today. You got hot as the round went on, but you had five birdies in a six-hole stretch there. What do you take away from today's round?
SEBASTIAN MUĂ‘OZ: Ball-striking. Ball-striking was great. I was in the fairway a lot. I was on the greens a lot. I gave myself three really close putts for birdie, which is always nice, and just rolled it.
Q. Looking at the season-long individual standings, you're right there on the line. How much would a solid finish this week mean to you with two regular-season events to go?
SEBASTIAN MUĂ‘OZ: A lot. Like I always kind of pride myself in keeping my card and being up there. Now I know I'm 25th, so yeah, a big week here, a big result would put me in, and just kind of own my own destiny, which is always nice. That's a big motivator, and looking forward for the rest of the week.
Q. Today you were playing with a couple of your teammates. What's that experience like when you're out there with Mito and Carlos? Do you feed off each other's energy, or does it change the mental dynamic at all?
SEBASTIAN MUĂ‘OZ: We've had mixed results when we play together. Sometimes they do really good. Usually two of us play good and one of us doesn't play that good, which happened today. I think it was good. The guys kept me engaged, kept me going, which was nice, and they congratulated me at the end, which is really nice from your peers. I'll take it.
