THE MODERATOR: Joined by Ayaka Furue, 2022 Champion. Obviously a very special place for you, your first win on the LPGA. What does it mean to get to come back here?
AYAKA FURUE: I'm excited to come back here, and I feel this place is very beautiful, this course, and I'm so happy to be here.
THE MODERATOR: What is it about this course, or even links golf in general maybe, that you enjoy, and what is it about the course that you really enjoy?
AYAKA FURUE: You Kent want to get in the bunkers. I just want to do my best.
THE MODERATOR: And then obviously, having won the Evian Championship earlier this year, is there something about Europe that you just enjoy playing golf? What is it about maybe Europe that you enjoy playing so well in?
AYAKA FURUE: I feel very content playing may major championship and then I'm so happy with that major win.
THE MODERATOR: Speaking of major, obviously getting to play one of, if not the most iconic golf courses in St Andrews, the Old Course next week, how excited are you for that, and how much are you looking forward to it?
AYAKA FURUE: I'm so happy to play St Andrews, the Home of Golf course, and then yeah, I would just like to adjust my play for links golf courses, especially.
