Q. A fabulous final round of 64 for a total of 15-under par. Does that have a chance, do you think?

ROMAIN LANGASQUE: I don't think so, actually. But I give a go. I give it a go. After the eagle on 16, I was like, okay, maybe birdie, birdie can have a chance. I make par, par. It's a tough finishing hole.

It's a lovely day. Happy to finish the weekend strong, actually. 3-under yesterday, 6-under today, it's pretty solid golf and very happy about that.

Q. You made an incredible 18 birdies and three eagles this week. How much confidence are you taking into next week's Open?

ROMAIN LANGASQUE: Last week already was a good week. I finished ninth, but I felt my game was good.

So it was a lot of good feelings coming into this week, and this week is feeling a bit like a major for us on the DP World Tour. I was coming in pretty strong and pretty confident. And my putting was a bit sharp the first two rounds, and it was very strong on the weekend. That makes the difference. That's why I've made that much birdie and eagle because my putting has been a lot stronger.
