Quick Quotes
Q. You've added a 66 to your 9-under total overnight. Give us your verdict on that one.
COLLIN MORIKAWA: It was solid. Three-putt on 13 and the bogey on 18, I always look at those two just kind of mistakes, just two putts. But for the most part I've been putting really, really well.
You know, through three rounds, I would have taken this score for sure. Obviously the conditions are down and that's why we are seeing a lot of birdies, and I'm going to have to do that tomorrow.
The past couple times I've played here, I haven't played well, and it's nice to put together three rounds so far.
Q. Very bunched leaderboard full of quality golfers. Chatting to Adam Scott, he said he's going to be aggressive and take on some pins he might not normally. What's your approach going to be?
COLLIN MORIKAWA: Yeah, I think with the conditions, going to be pretty mellow tomorrow again. I don't think there's going to be rain, maybe other than the morning. I think the wind, five to ten. I think you have to take on some pins but that doesn't mean play stupid. Out here, I feel like I'm putting so well. If I give myself 20 feet, I feel like I can make everything.
Not going to do anything crazy. But I'm going to be ready for Hole 1 tomorrow and know there's going to be a lot of birdies made from everyone in the field.
Q. You've won on an English links golf course, The Open Championship. How cool would it be to win on a Scottish Open?
COLLIN MORIKAWA: Yeah, it would be awesome. Any time you have a country's major, essentially, a country Open, they are slightly bigger, especially for some people versus others.
But when you look back at your career, you hope to win a lot and say that you've played around the world and you've played well. I've said that since day one. Hopefully we can get that done tomorrow.
