Quick Quotes
Rasmus Højgaard
Q. 63, about as good as anything we've seen out there so far. Talk us through your second round?
RASMUS HØJGAARD: Got off to a fast start and holed a few good putts the first couple of holes. Yeah, everything seems a little easier when you make a few birdies early. Stayed out of trouble most of the day.
Q. You were upset because you were out for 2 1/2 months last season, had to pull out of the BMW International because of a finger, and now you have a strap on the right wrist. What's going on?
RASMUS HØJGAARD: Good question. Yeah, yesterday was obviously very unfortunate. Had a lie in the rough on 13. I didn't think much of it until I hit the shot, and the club just stuck into the ground.
Yeah, it feels better today. I'm just happy that I can play now.
Q. There were one or two swings I saw you took a hand off. Is it okay?
RASMUS HØJGAARD: Yeah, it wasn't because it was too painful. I can feel it pretty much on every shot. It's just having the confidence to putt a better swing all the time.
It will probably be better the next couple days. I was kind of expecting a few shots out there to be very painful but that didn't really show up. So I'm happy with that.
Q. You and your brother are right up there; he's right behind you at 8-under. What's the plan tomorrow? It's going to be a little colder and a little wetter.
RASMUS HØJGAARD: I said to some of the guys at the start of the week, I just ranted to have four rounds of golf this week. I've managed that now, and I think I just try to be as much pain-free as possible the next couple days.
