Q. You must have been pleased with that performance. You scored well.

MIKE BROWNE: Yeah, sure, 1-under today, but it didn't look like I was going to shoot that score on the front nine. I had struggled with the greens on the front nine but got it rolling on the back, so coming in 33, yeah, got me to 1-under.

Q. And at the start of the week, if you had been told you would be 1-under after the final round, would you be happy?

MIKE BROWNE: Yeah, I'd be happy. I'm not the best of players around this course to be fair, but anything around par I would take it and run. I'm really happy with that round. Like I say, just got to work on some putting and yeah, we're good to go.

Q. And you mentioned, what challenges do you have, then, on this course?

MIKE BROWNE: This course is exceptionally tricky for amputees because you can be in the fairway but you've either got an uphill lie or downhill lie so for amputees it's really hard, for me especially, if I'm hitting uphill, I tend to fall back and everything is like a high right shot. So I have to counteract that. I can't get like a level platform. So yeah, but we work around it and figure it out and there's always a way.

Q. And what do you think of the whole setup of The Open as a show piece this year?

MIKE BROWNE: It's absolutely amazing, from last year, it's just grown massively. So yeah, I'm thrilled to be part of it and looking forward to a good week.

Q. If everything goes well, what are your hopes at the end of the week?

MIKE BROWNE: There's some great players here. I played with Kip today and he shot a great round today. I'm going to try and chase him down and see what we can do and hopefully we'll have a good week.
