Q. Congratulations on getting off the golf course.

HARRIS ENGLISH: Yeah, finishing, yeah. It was brutal. This course is hard with no wind, and then you throw in gusts like that, it can be three clubs different, depending on what time you hit it. 10 to 20 seconds later or earlier, it can be a totally different shot. It's really tough. You've just got to get through it and try to think positive and hit it at the right time when you're comfortable, and once it leaves the club face, you've got no control over it.

Q. What about that finish in particular? The wind is terrible, but we've been watching all day 17 and 18 are just tougher than usual.

HARRIS ENGLISH: Yeah, those greens are so exposed. That tee shot on 18 is tight anyway, and when you throw a 30-mile-an-hour wind off the left, especially for a cutter like me, it just makes it a really uncomfortable tee shot. You've got to almost start it -- I started it just a hair too far left and caught a tree and you're in the trees and I chipped it out and hit 3-wood, and I've never done that before.

It's just one of those where you've just got to get through it, you've got to grind it, make some tough six-footers and just keep taking the punches and rolling with it. Everybody is struggling out there, and it's what you've got to keep telling yourself, it's not easy and pars are good scores.

Q. We've been monitoring the Bulldogs, cut line and low Bulldog. You and Sepp have been going back and forth.

HARRIS ENGLISH: I saw Sepp has been playing well, so that's good to see. I don't know how the other guys did. Hopefully all of us made the cut.

Q. Obviously crazy things happen here. What's your thoughts heading into the weekend?

HARRIS ENGLISH: Yeah, anything can happen. Looks like I'm going to be eight back of the lead and teeing off a little earlier tomorrow. I'm not really sure what the weather is go to do, but I think it's going to be a little easier breeze than this.

Anything can happen. I feel like I'm playing really well and giving myself a lot of chances. Get a couple more putts to go in and see what happens going into Sunday. But I think I can go out here and shoot a good round and get myself in the hunt a little bit.
