Q. You got it in red figures going into the weekend. What's the plan of attack for the weekend?

CAMERON YOUNG: Very much the same as the last two days. I don't think it'll play this difficult unless the greens get unbelievably firm. I think I'll have plenty of opportunities, and we'll see what happens.

Q. I know your dad is retired and he's helping you. How has that been for him?

CAMERON YOUNG: He's been able to spend some more time with me, but he's been my coach my whole life. Not much different in terms of that dynamic.

Q. Can you take us through that stretch on Amen Corner and then how you were able to regroup after that?

CAMERON YOUNG: Yeah. I hooked a 5-iron, didn't hook a 5-iron and made a nice par on 12. It's a tricky stretch. The wind is all over the place and nowhere at all, and it's just trying to take the best guess as you can, and when you guess wrong, the ball goes in the water pretty much every time. I think that sums it up.

Q. Have you ever had this much guessing at a tournament, on a golf course?

CAMERON YOUNG: Very few times. It's very windy and the trees are all 190,000 feet tall.
