Quick Quotes
Q. So par-3 contest winner, Rickie Fowler. The emotions of a par-3, I guess.
RICKIE FOWLER: Yeah.
Q. How did it feel?
RICKIE FOWLER: Great way to start -- I guess not start of the week; been working at it the last few days.
But the par-3 contest is something special. You know, tradition of the Masters and being able to go out there, and now being able to spend with it my family.
Been around plenty of the little kids over the years but a little different when we have our own out there.
So special way for us first time having my daughter with my wife and I, and something we'll always have.
Q. What was the most fun part? The interaction with them and seeing them having fun with you?
RICKIE FOWLER: Yeah, the most fun part, my daughter Maya and Sammy, who's Jordan and Annie, their little son. They're four days apart so they're basically best friends. They spend a lot of time together.
So for me, it was just watching Maya and Sammy running around and having fun. They hit a couple shots. Yeah, that was the best part, is just having them out and watching them run around.
Q. I know how happy you are to be back here. This is kind of the cream on top and another hard work.
RICKIE FOWLER: Yeah, it's been kind of long time coming to get back to here. Special place. One of my favorites.
I'm looking forward to getting started tomorrow.
But definitely nice way to enjoy a Wednesday with the family, have some fun, and we'll go rest up and go play. Hopefully the storm passes through and we'll get thing going tomorrow.
