Quick Quotes
Q. What do you think a win by a LIV player would mean for the state of the negotiations between the two tours?
JOAQUIN NIEMANN: I don't think it would really affect it. I think there is already too many good players on every Tour. I believe that if it -- I don't think there's a LIV player has to win the Masters to change things. I think things are changing already, and they are going to come up with a solution, with an agreement or whatever they are trying to do, for the best.
Q. What's it like as a player not having cell phones out here?
JOAQUIN NIEMANN: For crowds? I feel like it's super special. I think it adds a lot of value to the tournament because you have the crowds, and it's a different energy because you know that all the guys in the crowd are watching you and not -- they're just focused on watching golf, which I think is pretty cool. It changes a lot.
Q. You've been here in all kinds of conditions, even in November. How do you think the course is going to play this week?
JOAQUIN NIEMANN: It's just Monday, and it's pretty firm. They might have some rain on Thursday, but other than that, I feel like it will be nice to play the course a lot firmer and faster, which it will probably look like it now that it's Monday and it's already super fast.
Q. How good does it feel to be back here?
JOAQUIN NIEMANN: It's pretty special to be back here at the Masters. It's already Monday and you can see all these people here watching golf. It's always special.
