Q. Nelly, it's not easy to win one event out here, much less three in a row when you tee it up. Describe the kind of run that you're on right now.
NELLY KORDA: Yeah, just honestly feels like a blur. Taking it day by day, really trying to stay very present and just played really good golf, solid golf in tough conditions today, which I'm very happy about.
Q. Yeah, two weekends in a row where Mother Nature threw everything she said at you guys. Game plan when you were going out there today, and was there a specific shot or hole that got you going?
NELLY KORDA: I would say 16. I laid up. That's one hole that we kind of switched the game plan on.
Other than that, I just tried to stay really aggressive and I knew that a low one -- I had to shoot a low one to be in contention, and just played really smart golf out there today.
Q. How do you reset from last week? A lot of players have difficulty playing well and keeping it going. Sounded like you pace yourself pretty well.
NELLY KORDA: Yeah, took Monday off. Didn't even come to the golf course. Played nine on Tuesday. Then played the pro-am on Wednesday. Made sure I prioritized my rest. Got one workout in. Made sure that I was 100% going into Thursday, so...
Q. Have you thought at all about the historical ramifications, the fact that last player to do this was Ariya in 2016, last American was Nancy Lopez in '78 when she would go on to win five in a row. Have those thoughts come across your brain?
NELLY KORDA: No, not at all. Honestly after last year I was just thinking about the first one in Bradenton, and last week after what all happened coming down the stretch and this week I was a little bit more relaxed because I was just trying to stay energized out there.
It's very hard mentally to be 100% especially after a win, especially playing in tough conditions. So as boring as it sounds I was just taking it shot by shot and seeing where I was going to end up.
To get three in a row, that's just a dream come true.
Q. It was a delight to watch. What's next?
NELLY KORDA: Vegas, baby.
