Q. Here with Alison Lee. You mentioned that round of 68 in some very difficult conditions. You've said in the past you couldn't really figure out this golf course. What have you figure out this week?
ALISON LEE: I don't know. Just hitting a lot of good shots and making some more putts. Especially a day like today where it's super windy. I don't think I've ever played out here this windy. It is definitely really tough mentally as well to just stay in it.
Yeah, I hit a lot of really good shots. I honestly feel like I could have made a few more birdies. I feel like I left a few out there.
But towards the end of round with the greens getting slightly more bumpy and long shadows on the greens it was a little tough to read.
Overall really happy with my round. I feel like every hole out here par is a really good score when it's blowing this much.
The fact I was able to get quite a few birdies out there today, I feel really good about it.
Q. You've had success around the world. How is it different playing close to home with family and friends in the gallery this week?
ALISON LEE: Yeah, it's been awesome. It's always -- I mean, I've never won out here before and that's something I'm still looking for, my first victory on the LPGA Tour.
It would be really cool to win at home in front of all my friends and family. Had quite a few friends come out yesterday and they are going to come out tomorrow. It's just nice to see some friendly faces.
It just eases me out there, too. We travel so much I never get to see a lot of friends and family, so to be here and be able to play in front of them and for them too has been really special.
