Q. Tom, you must have some pretty good memories out here. Does that factor into it when you come out here?

TOM HOGE: For sure. I look forward to this event for a number of reasons. It's such a great event that the TOUR puts on. The course is in perfect shape, and this golf course I feel like suits up pretty good for me.

Certainly always looking forward to getting back here.

Q. No wind at all, pretty much perfect conditions as you were going to get it.

TOM HOGE: Yeah, I caught myself thinking kind of midway through the round there, it reminded me a lot of last year on Saturday when I shot 62 out here. Greens were very soft, not much wind, so it felt like you could go make a lot of birdies.

Q. How would you characterize your season so far?

TOM HOGE: It's been pretty solid. Feel like I've been hitting it really well. The putter has cooperated at times, but just getting all the phases of the game to match up in one week is hopefully a little bit closer to being in contention.
