Quick Quotes

Q. David, I know you didn't pull it off today, but still a lot of positives from this week. What do you take away?

DAVID SKINNS: Yeah, yesterday that was a strange day, waiting around as much as we did. I thought I'd be pretty calm, but yesterday I was pretty apprehensive. I wasn't feeling great.

Came back today with a totally different outlook, and I'm pleased with the way I played today. There was a couple of iffy shots, but I put my best foot forward today I felt like, and I was more comfortable.

Austin was quite a long way out there from where I was. I would have liked to have got that one up-and-down on 18, but we'll move on to next week.

Q. What were the biggest takeaways for this week and how will you apply those going forward?

DAVID SKINNS: That feeling of apprehension yesterday and not being very comfortable, that's good to experience that, and I know I can deal with it. Next time I'm in this spot that will probably be a little diminished, and I'll be a little bit more comfortable like I was today. I felt pretty comfortable today.

A lot of positives. I'll just try to put myself in contention again because there's nothing more fun than being in contention.

Q. Where will we see you next?

DAVID SKINNS: I'll be in Puerto Rico, and then I think it's Valspar after that.
