Q. Here with Ayaka after her second day. 8-under, tied for the lead. What went into the round today, especially towards the end as you picked up a couple birdies?

AYAKA FURUE: I was kind of struggling today like first nine holes, something like that. So after like nine holes I could make a birdie. So, yeah, just kind of so, so more, yeah.

Q. What were some of the differences in your game or how the course has been playing from day one to day two?

AYAKA FURUE: Yeah, I think the course and greens, fairways, are kind of a little bit softer than yesterday, and I couldn't really match my putt and match my shots, everything, so, yeah, I was kind of struggling today.

Q. When you tee'd off until now I think we've seen every kind of weather. How much did that change your game plan when the wind picked up and the rain came? How do you navigate the weather?

AYAKA FURUE: Yeah, like after it started raining, it's really hard to control the spin, the ball spin.

Q. And then what's the mindset heading into the last two days?

AYAKA FURUE: Just warm up and like play my golf and concentrate on my golf.
