Q. All right, I'm here with Lauren Stephenson after her third round at the Q-Series. 8-under, the best round of the week so far. What was clicking out there for you?

LAUREN STEPHENSON: Just everything. It seemed like really easy. I hit a lot of really good shots. Made a lot of putts.

The first two rounds I really didn't make anything, so it was nice to kind of get that confidence on the greens. Just kind of stuck to my game plan, fairways and greens, and just had a lot of fun.

Q. And you were at Q-Series in 2018. You were an amateur at the time I believe. How are you approaching this week differently maybe compared to then?

LAUREN STEPHENSON: I think you know more what to do as a second like experience, kind of experienced Q-School before, so feel a little bit more relaxed probably than I did a few years ago.

Yeah, just kind of enjoying the opportunity. Every day I get to play is a new day and I'm excited to be out here, so just looking forward to the next few days.

Q. And during your round Alabama got into the fourth spot there. Did you find out? Were you asking about it today maybe?

LAUREN STEPHENSON: Yeah, ironically I made a birdie on 10 and then was walking to 11 tee and I saw my husband jump like seven feet off the ground. I was like, all right, I knew Alabama made it in.

It was kind of an exciting part of the day; just wondering when it was going to happen and if Alabama was going to make it or not.

Q. Any plans to go to those games?

LAUREN STEPHENSON: If they get to the national championship it's in Houston and I live in Houston, so fingers crossed they make it there. Exciting nonetheless.

Q. And you did mention your husband. You just got married recently.

LAUREN STEPHENSON: Yep.

Q. How has that been along with coming to Q-School, finishing up your season, everything?

LAUREN STEPHENSON: Yeah, it's been a lot of the fun. Our wedding day was like the best day of my life, so wish I could relive it every day.

But it's been fun having him here. He had to go back to work for a few days last week, but it's nice having someone to hang out with, especially during the rain delay yesterday.

It's been a lot of fun.
