Q. Linn, seems fitting that we're here at The ANNIKA and our first interview of the day is with a player from Sweden. Does it mean more to you knowing Annika has her name on this trophy?

LINN GRANT: Yeah, 100%. I feel like even though it's not a personal thing, I feel like somehow she's been follow is us all Swedes since we were young. It's kind of cool for her to have a pro event now in her name, and I'm really happy to be her and represent Sweden in her name.

Q. That's pretty cool. First time playing on this golf course. What are your first impressions of the golf course? Played quite well today. What did you feel you had to do well out there today?

LINN GRANT: Well, I was struggling a bit a couple days earlier with some shots, but I feel like I've really found something out there. Gave myself a lot of opportunities. I think the greens are really tricky out there. It's quite wide off the tee, so if you can keep the ball in play, you need to putt really well to kind of get the birdies going.

Q. If you had to pinpoint one highlight of the year so far, what would it be?

LINN GRANT: Of the week or for today?

Q. Of the whole year.

LINN GRANT: Oh, year.

Q. It's been a really great year for you.

LINN GRANT: Obviously my win at Dana. Even though coming out here and playing well last year on the LET, still feel like you always have to prove yourself not only to everyone else, but to yourself. So getting that win in the summer really got me to check that off and felt nice inside.
