Q. Okay, Rose, tell me about your round today. Another good one out here. How was the third day?

ROSE ZHANG: It's been really fun to go out here playing in front of the Japanese crowds. For me I felt like it was very solid in general. It was just having a good time with Olly on the bag and being sure to commit to every shot that I'm hitting.

Was able to roll a few putts in, so that was definitely a good momentum boost, and I'm really excited for tomorrow's round.

Q. What was maybe different about today's round than some of the other days, the past two days? Anything different?

ROSE ZHANG: Nothing different. I felt like I was just able to make some more putts, put myself in a couple more positions, especially on the front nine, and then just trying and scramble out pars and get birdie opportunities. It's all the same I feel like.

Q. How big of an importance do you put on Saturday, on moving day? How much do you think about climbing the leaderboard on Saturdays?

ROSE ZHANG: I don't think about it much. I feel like every day is a new day, and no matter what you're trying to put out your game plan and execute that as best as possible.

So Saturday is moving day, but it's not something that I think about forefront.

Q. ...a specific Japanese player?

ROSE ZHANG: I ate dinner with Hinako on Thursday and it was fun to have a little meal with her. We had Yakiniku, so it was fun to just hang out.

And I also talk to Nasa a good amount. So these are tour players that I really admire and love talking to.

Q. How about any other than LPGA player, like JLPGA player?

ROSE ZHANG: Today I played with Shoko and it was really fun to just watch her play the game. But I've been playing with a couple Japanese players, and even though there is not a lot of English talking back and forth, we all have a good time with each other.

It's really fun.
