Q. Coming off an impressive win last week in China. Here you are after day two of the BMW Ladies Championship. Overall, how are you feeling after the second day here?

ANGEL YIN: Really tired. Really, really tired. But good. I had a lot of fun. I played with Jenny today. Unfortunately Anna pulled out. So it was just the two of us. But we made the most out of it.

I mean, I was really tired going in. So we had a really chill round. And the last five holes decided to play a foursome thing. And then her last putt tied me. So, yeah, I felt like I lost it. I was so close.

Q. What were some of the differences you saw between, you know, the wind today obviously picked up as compared to yesterday? What were some of the differences out there for you?

ANGEL YIN: Pin locations were obviously tougher. I think because Ashleigh decided to shoot 10-under. So then the Tour was like, We've got to do something.

But, I mean, it was an amazing round from her. Course wasn't playing that easy, and I think they just made it especially hard today. And with the wind being picked up, greens firmer, rolling out, it's going to play tougher, and I think it really shows.

I was really tired. So I'm happy with the way I played. And we had a lot of fun out there.

Q. Do you think the tired is kind of coming from just the adrenaline and the energy from the win?

ANGEL YIN: I think it's coming from the one hour and 30 minute bus rides we have back and forth from the hotel. I mean, I understand it's really difficult, so we have to make the most out of it. I mean, we're in a very like rural area, like in the mountains playing golf, so it's really tough to find anything that's like as nice as we are staying, because we're staying at a really nice hotel.

Q. Have you reflected on your performance from last week? I know it's been a couple days. But to kind of still the game out here, I know it takes a lot of energy to win. And with a playoff victory, I mean, have you been able to reflect on your impressive performance?

ANGEL YIN: Yeah, you know, I reflect the day of and during the round. And then obviously afterwards while enjoying the celebration and watching rugby at 3:00 in the morning.

And then it's just -- you know, that's just golf. Winning is not easy. I was thinking of that during the last round when I was playing and walking down some fairway, I think it was 8th or something, I was like, damn, winning is not easy.

So it takes a lot of hard work. And you understand a little bit more every year as you play and more and more as you play. And so it's like it gives them -- it gives the people who have won before and people who've stayed at No. 1, like Jin Young Ko, to me, like to me she's like so good. Staying as long as she did at No. 1, such much more respect. And, I mean, we knew how it was, but to do it more repetitively, constantly, it's difficult.

Q. I know the 3 a.m. rugby was South Africa because of your caddie watching that. Overall, I know that it was a big day for your caddie as well getting that win in Shanghai. What's it like been kind of just converting the momentum into this week?

ANGEL YIN: Well, just really being lucky. I didn't get into the Pro-Am. I was like last alternate, like third alternate, last like space of time to alternate. So I was like really lucky with that. Everyone was giving me crap because it's like, How are you not in? But I think I was just very blessed because this is a tough week.

We turn around -- we get in like Monday night, don't really have time to come to the golf course. Tuesday we're playing a practice round. I played like three holes with Olivia in the front nine, and I was like I'm too tired, I got to see the back nine.

So I played the back nine. I was going to play E9 but then also scratched that. So it was more about like conserving energy and pacing yourself. And so that's what I did mostly this week.

Q. Now that the course is definitely getting a little bit tougher, what do you take away from this as you head into the weekend?

ANGEL YIN: That I'm still in there. Even though I thought I wasn't in there, because someone shot 10-under, someone as Ashleigh Buhai. So scores are tight. And honestly, it's anyone's game because we can -- there's a lot of golf left, 36 holes. So we'll see how it goes.
