Q. All right, Anne, first time at Stage II. Obviously put together two solid rounds so far. Talk about your experience so far, how things have been going, how is the game feeling?

ANNE CHEN: It's going well. This is kind of a continuous move of Stage I, and it just kind of feels like that, trying to move that momentum into Stage II.

It's great having my dad on the bag because super relaxing. He's able to understand what I need and don't need during the round, if I'm playing bad or if I'm playing good.

Q. Talk about kind of how any experiences at Stage I helped you at Stage II? Anything in the qualifying tournaments a little different than a normal tournament?

ANNE CHEN: Just knowing that I still have my senior year left in college and that this isn't a make-or-break thing for me. You know, it's just an achievement to be at Stage II, and I'm happy to have done well at Stage I. That just kind of boosts my confidence for Stage II.

Q. Talk about going back to your senior year, the about the mindset of, okay, do I turn pro, do I stay amateur. Do you have a decision?

ANNE CHEN: Yes. I made my decision. I'm not going to turn pro. Not going to move to Stage III. Just because I feel like I need to finish out my college years. You only have four years in college, and I already missed semester because of COVID paragraph just wouldn't want to miss my senior year for anything else.

Q. Perfect. Let's talk about what's needed here at this course.

ANNE CHEN: I feel like these two golf courses really require patience. I got in situations where the number could be really high and just like playing one shot at a time, that's all you really need to keep in mind, is that one shot, the next hole. Don't worry about all the golf you have left. That's my advice, yeah.
