Q. Talk about your round today?

INGRID LINDBLAD: Overall it was just solid. Like I hit the fairways, hit the greens, and on a few holes I kind of -- I had like on 18 I had a buried lie in the rough and I was like, I don't think I can get over the water, so I had to chip it out, hit on the green, and make a par.

So kind of a couple of those actually, so just the wedges were good to me. I hit the green, and if I missed the green, I made up and down.

Q. Bogey-free round 5-under today.

INGRID LINDBLAD: Yeah.

Q. Birdied your 18th hole. How was that?

INGRID LINDBLAD: It felt nice because I was like, oh, I birdied ever par-5 today so let's make one last one.

So it felt good.

I hit like driver, 5-wood on the last one, so just like knock it on the green or close by and just make another birdie.

Q. Day one; three more to go. What's the momentum going into tomorrow and the rest of the week?

INGRID LINDBLAD: It feels nice. I had morning tee time and so I get a little bit of rest. Try to keep it up for the rest of the week, keep hitting fairways and greens.

Q. Coming in as an amateur, what would it mean to turn pro?

INGRID LINDBLAD: I'm probably staying an amateur for the whole like school year, but I'm excited, and just I'm here to get a spot for the summer to play, so I'm excited.
