Q. Okay, here with Sarah Kemp, our solo fourth place finisher. Really great result here in Texas. What was so good about your game this week?

SARAH KEMP: I just had a really good attitude out there. The course is quite tricky and everyone is going to make bogeys around this place, so I just did a really good job staying patient and accepting my bogeys. I knew I could make some birdies, but it was just tough out there.

I drove it well and I think I putted great all week. I didn't hole as many today, but holed two on the last two, which really helped.

Q. This is your best finish of the year. You've had a good year I feel like. Do you feel like you've had a good year? What's the state of your game?

SARAH KEMP: I do. Yeah, I'm definitely having one of my better years for sure. I didn't play well last week but I wasn't too worried about it. Yeah, just been playing nice and solid this year. Nothing too crazy. Been putting well.

I looked at my stats and they were some of the better ones this year than previous years, so just keeping it together and having a better attitude than I have in the last few years. Sometimes I think I have been trying a little too hard and wanting it a bit too bad, which is not a bad thing, but I think it sort of turned around and hurt some of my game at one point.

So just tried to let it happen versus trying too hard. I think I've been doing a good job of that this year.

Q. I know entering this week you're just outside of the top 60 in the Race to the CME Group Championship? Has it been on you mind or a goal of yours to make it to that CME Group Championship? How often do you think about that?

SARAH KEMP: All the time. It's all I want to make. It's my sponsor's event, so I want to make it for Terry Duffy. They have been so good to me. I just want to make it so bad for them. Hoping with this finish this will get me in the right direction for that.

Yeah, with a few more to go I think I'm looking -- I'm in a better spot to make to this time round.

Q. Kathy Whitworth Trophy this week. I don't know if you knew, the pin position today was 8 and 8 for her 88 wins on 18. Fun fact. Just wondering what her legacy maybe means to you and coming to an event that was really close to her heart?

SARAH KEMP: I mean, it's great. Yeah, I love coming here. I remember seeing her here a few years ago and she just had this wonderful presence about her. I remember she talked to me about my short game a little bit, which was so great.

Yeah, she was a really pioneer and we're obviously super grateful to have her involved in the LPGA. Gosh, we wouldn't be where we are without her.
