Q. Latanna, incredible week. You played phenomenal and everyone is really proud of you, proud of your fight. You got it tied up on the 14th hole in the first round and then you ended the first 18 3-down. What were you telling yourself to come back out with momentum on the second 18?

LATANNA STONE: I mean, I feel like we both played really good golf out there, and I'm so happy for Megan. I really am. You know, I feel like we're both kind of like the underdogs, and for us to be able to get a chance to show how we can play really means a lot.

You know, even though it didn't turn out the way that I wanted it to, I mean, I'm just so happy and so grateful to be here, you know, get this opportunity and this experience and just go and play golf.

Q. What did you learn about your game this week?

LATANNA STONE: I think that I know that I can do this and I can hang out with the big guys. You know, I mean, it's just so special having my parents here, my coaches here. I'm going to cherish this moment forever.

Q. And it wasn't only a mental test for you, it was also a physical test. How difficult was it to deal with a little bit of an injury in the leg and also try to win this championship?

LATANNA STONE: Yeah, this course is no joke. It's very hilly, so getting muscle strain was not ideal. I was trying, you know, going out there and just really I was walking really slow but I was really trying. I know I lost some power in my swing. I mean, trying to get through the ball really hurt, so, I mean, that's all I could have done.

Q. And now you're going to go into LSU for your fifth year. So much support from your teammate and coaches, but how much confidence does this give you knowing that you can play at this kind of level? You've done it many times before, but how much confidence does this give you going into your last season at LSU?

LATANNA STONE: It gives me a lot of confidence. I'm so excited to be back and spend time with my teammates, my coaches. I think we're going to have a great year this year, yeah.
