Q. The tears are flowing. Where is that coming from?

MEGAN SCHOFILL: Just really thankful for the golf I played so far, and regardless of the outcome tomorrow, it's been a great week.

I'm really thankful for all the support back home and my boyfriend being on the bag this week.

Q. You played some incredible golf. It was another tight, tense match. Can you describe that brilliant shot at 14 and how that really flipped things around? Eagle there and then you won the next.

MEGAN SCHOFILL: Yeah, that was actually on the caddie, that one. I wanted to hit 3-hybrid and he was like, I think it's a 4 all day. Luckily I hit a high cut into the right-to-left wind and it came in nice and soft.

Yeah, felt like that kind of switched the match. I hit three great shots there and was able to keep the momentum going into 15 and 16.

Q. All this hard work has you now in the final. You're going to go up against Latanna Stone. I know it's way too early to ask, but what does it mean to you to be in the finals, and how are you going to prepare mentally and physically for tomorrow?

MEGAN SCHOFILL: I think just really take it easy this afternoon. I've known Latanna. She's one of my first friends in golf, so it will be a great match tomorrow. I'm just excited to see what happens tomorrow regardless of the outcome.

Q. Is it difficult to go up against somebody you know and you're friends with, and how do you deal with that?

MEGAN SCHOFILL: I don't think so because I know her game and I know how she is on the golf course. Obviously we both want to beat each other, but she's a great person on and off the golf course. I think regardless of the outcome we'll both be happy for one another.

Q. Well, your game is strong. You are a wonderful person to watch. It's been a treat. We look forward to seeing what you can do tomorrow. Congratulations on getting to the final.
